The Adirondack Park is a six million acre park, located in the northern region of New York State.  A vast majority of the park is made up of huge tracks of forest and wilderness areas.   The park is home to a numerous amounts of animal species amongst the Regions Mountains and wilderness areas.  But one of the most sought after animal species in the park is the whitetail deer, although the park does not have a high population of deer it does produce some real trophies year after year. Our Deer season starts at the end of September and runs typically to the second week of December, with November usually being our most productive month to harvest a mature whitetail.  Hunting the Adirondacks can be some of the toughest around, but at the same time some of the most rewarding.  On our fall whitetail deer hunts we focus on the big woods backcountry within the Adirondack Park.  It is our main mission here at Adirondack Mountain and Stream to create a hunt for you that stacks the odds in your favor, be it with a rifle, muzzleloader, or bow we have the knowledge and experience to help you make your hunt successful.    So whether you prefer to hunt day to day and stay in one of are recommended bed and breakfasts or hotels here in the Adirondacks, or maybe you prefer to pack into the backcountry and hunt for an extended amount of time out of a tent camp, we can make it happen for you.  It’s your adventure and it is our goal to make it a memorable experience for you.
